Shipping & Returns

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. The final delivery time varies but is usually about 3-5 business days in total.

Shipping costs for orders start from 4.90 euros.

Returns

Our online store has a statutory 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

A return requires that the product is in the same condition as at the time of receipt and has not been used.

To initiate a return, send us a message at orders@tobo.fi. Please include your order number in the message and state which products you wish to return.

Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to ship the package. We do not accept products sent back to us without a return request.

The return fee is from 4.90e (for returns sent domestically within Finland). The fee will be charged according to Posti's price list.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unclaimed orders

Failing to pick up an order is not the same as a return. We charge a 10e handling fee for unclaimed orders.
